I Love to Get Lost In Music

Though it seems obvious, it's easy to forget that your mind is just as important as your body when it comes to accomplishing anything in life. When I first started getting into fitness and stuff my mental discipline definitely needed work. Sometimes I was too lazy, or focused too much on watching the clock. A lot of times I got caught up comparing myself with others in the gym, and spent too much time worrying what people think about me. But it was all in my head. So I started incorporating music to my workouts. It keeps me focused and keeps me motivated. The point is that it doesn't matter how much time you spend at the gym, or how much weight you lift because if your heart and your mind isn't in the right place then you'll never grow 💯 And I love music because it gives energy to both my heart and my mind. If there's something you're pursuing always find an escape that'll keep you focused on your goal wether it's music, a friend, or even that weird voice in your head yelling at you. But never let negative thoughts and emotions keep you down. Your best bet is to check your ego at the door and get your ass to work.

working out and listening too music can be also a great stress relief. but, you are right when one works out. never let others at the gym tel you how you should work out.what works for one may not work out for others and never let negativity of others bring you down🏋💪
