The house itself is quite modest, as is the property. Located on a busy road. But being surrounded by all of his things and learning more about his life made him seem much more like a real man than a musical icon. Helped me understand what he went through, both good and bad. Thus he seemed more relatable. Plus he’s buried there, which of course made the experience even more touching.
