@okaybut: I haven't made a post about it yet but I have synesthesia and it informs what kind of music I like to listen to quite a lot. That's why the textures and tiny details are so important, and why I like discordant music.

@crossproduct: Hmmm...which senses? Audio and?

@crossproduct: I like these type of tunes..because it helps with my ADD...cleans up my brain and linearizes (for a lack of a better word) it.

@okaybut: audio and visual, sounds make coloured patterns and have other properties as well like location and some kind of asymmetrical shape. There are other things too, like smells and pain have colours.

@crossproduct: You are lucky...you don't need Shrooms. :)

@okaybut: it made it a whole lot more intense when I did use shrooms though, like I had to grope around for the pause button because I couldn't see.
