Still catch myself attempting to sing that now and then. I do have a lot of music by them, albums and CD's, yep, even 45's

@Swoop62
I sing along to the song also!

I sing terrible so I stay below his volume and if I got to pick who I would to sing like, that would be John Fogerty, If you are a fan, there was an album under the name Blue Ridge Rangers and John Fogerty played all the instruments and of course the singing.

I've recently been downloading quite a bit of CCR which I discovered were missing from my collection.

@ArtieKat
I enjoy their music, too

CCR!!! I listen to them on a CD in my truck all the time.
jodiez · 18-21, F
@exexec
Fogerty is still very popular

@jodiez Good!
MissBarbara · 70-79
I remember them when I was in school.
jodiez · 18-21, F
@MissBarbara
That was a great era for music
MissBarbara · 70-79
@jodiez I liked (and still like) the folky stuff from that era (Simon & Garfunkel, Bob Dylan, the Seekers, Gordon Lightfoot, James Taylor, etc). I do like certain types of rock and Creedence had a good sound.
Like a singer who couldn't make it in country music during the heavy "twang" times went into rock...

@SomeMichGuy
Yes, Fogerty sounds almost southern and not northern California
@jodiez Yes!
