@ChipmunkErnie Yeah, that is more typical. I’m not really a fan of country music, generally speaking, but there are a few exceptions.

@bijouxbroussard So much of what I hear as "country" sounds more like plain rock to me.

@ChipmunkErnie Just like with rock, there are different genres and blends of country now. Actually there always have been…the Eagles, for example. Some of their songs were straight up country.

@bijouxbroussard Particularly at the time of their release I'd have considered them pop-rock or maybe California soft rock.
