What music is everyone listening to these days,

Though I do like the pipes - whether Scots Highland, Northumbrian, Irish or any other - I think Brittany has a traditional regional bagpipes too, but I may be wrong.

@RenFur Well, you can have too much of anything.

I didn't like Classical (capital 'C') piano or violin sonatas for many years because they sounded pretty much all the same, and as if just dry academic exercises in composing and playing Very Difficult Music.

Eventually I realised they do have tunes in there somewhere among all those cascades of semiquavers and meandering variations! (Other riverine metaphors are available...)

Ever notice many brainiacs love Bach? Maybe if I understood music on a deeper level I could, too. I'm a "Best Hits Of" kinda guy. All the standards in most types of music.
