Anyone here with really good ears?

I actually don't expect a response to this because it's a minute detail but I'm just wondering if this is something only I have noticed.

In a brief part of the song Bulls On Parade, one of the notes seems to be missing.

I'm gonna attempt to describe where, even though that's really hard to do online.

So you have the outro, which sounds almost identical to the intro, with the lead vocalist repeating, "Bulls on parade!" Each measure starts just as he finishes that phrase. So basically when he utters, "-raaaade" is when each measure begins. Does that make sense?

So I'm attempting to point out this exact spot: on the 3rd measure (or after he shouts the phrase 3 times), when the riff repeats the second time within that 3rd measure, on one of the lower notes.

You can hear what sounds like possibly the lead guitarist missing a note, failing to strike the string, while the bassist successfully hits it, making it briefly sound lower in tone than the rest of the riff.

It's really subtle and I really don't expect anyone here to know exactly which part of the song I'm referring to since I can't play it to you guys in real time. But I'm trying anyway because I've noticed it for years.

Edit: the exact moment is 3:43

I highly doubt Tom Morello missed a note. He is known for his unique style and techniques and he does stop playing and holds the strings so that they don’t vibrate and thus don’t register on the pickups. I can’t say for certain but I think this is what you’re hearing. Maybe look for a live version of this song with a video of it being performed too. You might catch a glimpse of him doing just that.
@GoldnJulz You certainly sound familiar with the artist but did you catch the exact moment I was speaking of?

@SinlessOnslaught I have seen RATM play live a few times and I have heard “Bulls…” enough times to remember the way it sounds. I’ll listen to it when I have my earbuds handy to be sure. But I’m pretty confident that it is intentional…
