Officially now a fan of Liz Harris' Grouper and Lucrecia Dalt
Grouper, Liz Harris' solo project, her sound comes the closest to what I would think of as the ideal, which could be considered on the emo side of things ---- I like reviews by theneedledrop, he's my go to for how to think critically and smartly music centered thoughts

I disagree with him about some things he wasn't impressed with some of my faves i've loved ever since first hearing them.

and Lucrecia Dalt --- a few months ago while sharing music on SW I found this artist, who makes sounds in a trance-like strangeness, i'm no needle drop reviewer but I love what I hear, so whatever is done by Lucretia Dalt, i'll know this is good, unless I find something I don't then I'll be glad I can come up with criticisms if well founded. My Lucrecia Dalt faves mix:
