I'm passionate about making music but....

I've posted stuff on social media and would get 0 views or likes and what I was proud of seemed like a slap in the face from others and broke my motivation and confidence. So the only thing left is keeping it for myself to listen to and leave it to my kids I guess when I die maybe they'll listen to it now and then. But at that point I won't even know or care 😂

If that's your passion then you should do it and not let anyone affect your work or your passion. If you love it that's all that matters. It's something you really enjoy and there will be some that do enjoy it as well. I would really love to hear some of your music.
