Are you a completionist with your music?

I know several classic rock artists continue to put out new music and I think that's great but I don't always keep up with the whole discography. Some bands such as The Beatles and Led Zeppelin I enjoy all the studio albums. All of their studio albums have something great. I'm still building my Pink Floyd Collection. My Beatles collection is almost complete, I just need to get Beatles for Sale and Help!. Many bands/artists I like, I won't always get all their albums because I feel like some artists run out of steam after a while. I love Deep Purple but I don't really keep up with the stuff they did after Perfect Strangers.

Sometimes, it depends. Currently listening to tons of Bob Dylan stuff and trying to listen to everything, like random demos or songs that didn't make it on albums. Sometimes it's fun to try to do like a real quest like that.

@RailroadRambler I love Bob Dylan. I'm not a completionist with him though because he's got numerous albums that I won't get. My recommended Dylan albums are everything from The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan all the way to John Wesley Harding, Blood on the Tracks, Desire, Infidels, Oh Mercy, Time Out of Mind, and Love and Theft.

@storykid Great choices! Infidels is maybe my favorite for some weird reason. "Duquesne Whistle" is my favorite of any of his songs, tho.
