The whole plot of Puccini's Madam Butterfly revolves around deceit - the leading male character cheats on both his wife and "Butterfly".
Meatloaf's Aint' No Way makes clear not only the singer's poor grammar, but his inability to love emotionally the woman he wants sexually.
Not one of cheating as such, but of failure: (Tammy Wynnette's?) hit Band Of Gold; the woman basically jilted on her wedding-night. Bonny Tyler covered this, but her arranger unfathomably turned it from despair to disco-boppiness so jaunty that semi-pro DJs would need be careful to omit it from their wedding-reception collections.
Richard Wager's swords-&-sorcery epic operatic tetrology The Ring Of The Niebelung contains all sorts of base sex, theft and violence: the sibling incest bringing forth Siegfried, the god Wotan's extra-marital fling with the Earth-goddess Erde hence the Valkyrie octuplets, the Niebelungs' manipulations that ended in murdering Siegfried....
I am not sure you can class this as about cheating, certainly not in any treacherous sense, but the Beatles' She's Leaving Home is a tale of a young woman escaping parents who think showering her with materiality is the same as parental affection.
