It's up there. But what constitutes or defines the best album of all time, exactly? All or most of the songs are #1 hits, top 20 hits?
What makes them hits? What you or I would say could be wrong to someone else.
Albums like GnR- Appetite for Destruction, Use Your Illusions 1 and 2 (minus Get in the Ring), Pearl Jam - Ten, and Def Leppard- Hysteria. Are just a few with mostly great hitters.

It is a great album. No filler, all killer.
And it’s amazing it was made at all, with all the conflict and relationship breakdowns happening during recording.

Great album, it's definitely in with a shout.

One of the best ever. Every single track is awesome.

It sure is something when a band can put out such a phenomenal record when they’re all at each other’s throats and on the verge of breaking up. I wonder if anyone ever told them “If this is the kind of music you make when you’re all fighting, then damn, you guys should feud more often!”

I like it, but my favorite FM album is ‘Bare Trees’.

Definitely not! I am not a Fleetwood Mac fan.
