This is Pharoah Sanders from the 1974 album Love In Us All. There aren't lyrics per se, but there is a brief section at the beginning where the title is chanted, not unlike John Coltrane's A Love Supreme.
It may be a bit free-form jammy and weirdly edited, but to me, this is the sound of love. It really IS everywhere and I hope this speaks to you.
