I listen to a lot of ska. A lot of underground, it's big out here in LA. I'm trying to see if I can find any bands that I haven't heard of.

I'm in L.A. too and I had no idea there was still a ska scene here at all. I really prefer old school ska that I grew up on.

Hah, that's awesome! I literally was at a backyard show last night. My brother's in a band, so I'm pretty submerged in the scene. It's alive and kicking.

That's awesome. :-) Good to hear.

Ooof! If you'd've asked about horror punk, industrial or metal I'd've had tons of suggestions.
Silverfox420 · 36-40, F
I'll take those suggestions.. please.

Horror punk: Blitzkid, 45 Grave, The Misfits, Creepshow, The Crimson Ghosts, Koffin Kats, Nekromantix, Zombina And The Skeletones, Stellar Corpses, Frankenstein Drag Queens From Planet 13

Metal: Blind Guardian and Alestorm (because I only feel like naming two xD )

Industrial: Deadstar Assembly, Flesh Field, Imperative Reaction, Covenant, Suicide Commando, Velvet Acid Christ, Cessium_137, Frozen Plasma, Tactical Sekt, Aesthetic Perfection, Assemblage 23, Edge Of Dawn, Wumpscut and too many more to name (I know some of those are more electronic then industrial, but still love em)

Check out an obscure band that did ska versions of Frank songs like "High Hopes" "Theme from New York, New York", etc., That's right, SKA-NATRA!
