@TheFragile Same, really amazing after all these years. I haven't bought a CD in maybe 10 years, but I ordered Songs from a lost world earlier today - I can't wait to blast it on my super duper stereo system that I never listen to....

There was a line of speakers that had an acoustic "loudness control built in they were awful 😬..you need a decent graphic EQ

@bookerdana Oh! Pardone 😂 I didn't realize their were such discriminating ears 👂

I have high frequency hearing loss from my band/club days...so I'm always cranking the treble end of the EQ....

@fun4us2b I'm not saying recordings ,rooms etc don't sometime need adjustment,but loudness is like cracking an egg with a sledgehammer.Some amps have a variable loudness button .

This is my bailiwick🤨
