“Never Can Say Goodbye” – The Jackson 5

[media=https://youtu.be/4PNfLB-zHUc]
In memory of Tito Jackson (October 15, 1953 – September 15, 2024).

Tito Jackson was best-known as a member of the popular family band, the Jackson 5 (later renamed the Jacksons). He also embarked on a solo career as a blues musician in 2003.

I read that he said he "found the peace he was looking for", in an interview last year. It is sad that he didn't have that peace for longer here in this world, but surely nothing but good that he found it...for a while.

@Piper Wasn't aware he said that. I feel as you do about it. Sad he didn't find that peace sooner, but I'm glad he found it before he passed away.
I was shocked to hear about Tito's death. This song is so dmooth. A cool sound. I am singing to it now. Thank you.

@PoetryNEmotion So was I. It was totally unexpected.

This is one of my favorite songs by the Jackson 5. You're welcome.
@Rutterman I like their sweet sounds. I Want You Back. ABC. They were so pure and innocent. Their upbringing was so severe. Their father was a monster.

They didn't disclose a cause of death... what a talented family. RIP Tito

@Lilymoon One report said he had a heart attack while driving from New Mexico to Oklahoma. Not sure if that's been confirmed, though.

Absolutely. Even Tito's sons are super talented.

@Rutterman ahh ok 🫤
R.I.P.
Tito’s three sons took the legacy into the next generation, with their group, 3T.
@Rutterman I once posted one I found where they were performing with Michael. The song was beautiful and the video showed light-hearted moments between the young men and their late uncle.

@bijouxbroussard Very nice! Sorry I missed that one.
