I saw my doc today. My blood pressure is still too high. I am maxed out on one med, now they are going to give me a second one. My A1C is up. No more cookies! My toes have fungus (I did not know). My weight rose. No more bacon. Oh, and diabetes is making my vision cloudy. I think I need more laser treatment.

I give up.

I went out for lunch after, and got a salad. I guess this is my future now. I will go for a walk today, too.
