I agree but don't know exactly why. Maybe that era's music had a durability regarding who we all are as humans.

In 1993 there was a movie called "Swing Kids" that featured music and dances from the 1930s. It revived an interest for a time.

Because the best music came out of the 80s.

I was a teenager during the 80's, I loved 30's and 40's swing, blues, and soul music.
