Even if I have less than 4 hours sleep, there's no way I'm going to fight that. I just go with the flow and then when I get tired and my body is ready to really sleep, then I sleep. Haha It does get rough when the cycles get messed up, but I learned the hard way that it's best for me just to get up and maybe do some work, so I get myself tired or to read or something like that, until I'm ready. I feel for people whose sleep cycle is messed up. Been there, done that. I hope you get some good rest, soon
