I like Hendrix' rendition of "Hey Joe" quite a bit, but generally I feel that Cash is a much deeper character, and his last songs, such as "Ain't no Grave", are breathtaking...

Jimi Hendrix. I almost got to see him…my cousin planned to take me to see him at Winterland that Dec. But he died in September.
One of those epic "what might’ve been" scenarios.
