What do you listen to music for more,

The lyrics or the instrumentals? Or not one over the other?

If a song really grabs me, it'll be because of the instrumental first.

I always hear the music first. Sometimes it’ll be months or years later when I’ll actually tune into the lyrics and get to be really impressed by them or surprised when I realize what the song is actually about. lol
