Does it ever bother you that great singers sang songs about underaged girls?

Beatles - I saw her standing there (she was just 17)
Kiss - Christine 16
The Crests - 16 candles
Gary Punket - Young Girl

I'm pretty sure they were written that way to appeal to the new teenage music market of the time.
Weird how sensibilities change.
Those on this page saying they're creepy.....etc. I wouldn't mind betting their great Grandparents said exactly the same at the time
