Zombie - Bad Wolves

[media=https://youtu.be/9XaS93WMRQQ]

I’ve always been a huge fan of zombies in tv shows, movies, and video games so any song titled Zombie is already off to a good start in my book. But if you look deep into the lyrics it’s clear this song also has a strong message about war and the tragedies related to it. Until recent I thought Bad Wolves were the original creators and performers of this song but that credit actually belongs to The Cranberries so I’ll post their version as well

Now we know who did it first, but who do you think did it better?

When The Cranberries released it originally it was about the unrest in Ireland in the 1990's when the IRA were at the height of their bullfuckery. They were setting off car bombs in London.

@Deceased Oh yea I remember learning about that. A lot of civilian casualties

@Spectra the IRA are freakin nutbags. I was watching that stuff happen on the news or at least seeing the aftermath. I saw the bombing of Serbia live in real time on CNN. That was nuts too.

@Deceased at one point the IRA was threatening to start bombing in the US too but they never did.

@Deceased Why’d they wanna bomb us?
Deceased · M
@Spectra cause we supported the Brits claim on Northern Ireland.
