When The Cranberries released it originally it was about the unrest in Ireland in the 1990's when the IRA were at the height of their bullfuckery. They were setting off car bombs in London.

She (lead singer of cranberries) died going to preform that song in studio with bad wolves. She was apart of it either way. I wish I could of heard her part in the song.

I thought bad wolves released this cover right after the singer or someone died in the cranberries and donated part of the proceeds from the song to the family
