@ExperienceDLT I think most of us have it. I just try to kind of limit my sugar.
I am trying to get used to fake sweeteners.

@Punches i have alot of health issues so i dont even really worry about it anymore i lost my health insurance when.i lost the last job i had and i cant afford insurance now at the job im at now so i dont even worry about it anymore the way i look it at if i die i die nobody would care anyway

@ExperienceDLT If you are not married and do not have kids living at home, if you do not have to look after anyone but yourself, your life belongs to YOU. I think you forget that at times but try to remember.

As far as health issues - Oh yes, plenty COULD send us to an early grave. Covid, diabetes, COPD, HIV, etc. The classic scares.

But consider this - some people in their 60's who are seriously obese and unhealthy like my ex-room mate's fat b*tch of a mom who is like 5' 1" and maybe 375 pounds are somehow still alive.
Look at Keith Richards! That man should have been dead ten times over by now!

Now consider you - I think you are what? 40? And from the pictures I have seen on here, you are not an excessive fatso, just a normal build for a man your age.

You will probably be one of those old men who says "If I had known I was going to live this long, "I would have taken better care of myself." 😄 You ain't going anywhere anytime soon.
At our age, we do think about death probably more than any age group.

Now with health insurance - If you make below a certain amount, see if your state can give you health care insurance. It is cheap or maybe no cost. I did it and it is probably better than whatever bullsh*t overpriced sucky insurance most companies offer.

Also, what does the DLT on your user name mean?

@ExperienceDLT Whatever state you are in, just do some searches for "Healthy (state) Plan" or maybe "(State) government health insurance".

That is a start. In my state, coverage was like $10 a month before covid hit and then they pretty much did away with even that cost.
