How do you feel about progressive music???

For me, music is like oxygen. And I am convinced that when listening to progressive music, you can not only cheer yourself up, but also radically improve your life. What do you say????????????

It lacks soul and feeling to my mind.
I admire musical proficiency greatly but I love to hear the feel,the passion in live music,recorded music too.
Some of the 70s prog rock bands bore the pants off me tbh.
