How do you feel about progressive music???

For me, music is like oxygen. And I am convinced that when listening to progressive music, you can not only cheer yourself up, but also radically improve your life. What do you say????????????

I feel that progressive rock and other more complex forms such as fusion jazz and classical causes the listener to use more parts of the brain, making the music more stimulating and enjoyable.
