Jools Holland's Hootenanny et al.

Darn! I didn't watch Jool Hollands' New Year 2023 program two weeks ago. I must say that I just adore him as all round entertainer. He represents about the best of British that I still admire today. I remember when I first heard Adele sing on his more regular program late at night, and all the other things that he just put together on the spot for his tv programs. Since 1992, he has hosted Later... with Jools Holland, a music-based show aired at times on BBC2, on which his annual show Hootenanny is based. Then you have on BBC Radio 2 also regularly him hosting a weekly programme called Jools Holland with again a mix of live and recorded music and general chat and features studio guests, etc. Plus, of course, there is the concert tours with his his orchestra too
