Celine Dion didn't make the cut, however Ozzie Osbourne did

I'm not a fan of either but surprised he's on there, not so surprised by Celine as only has one song from the Titanic movie that I'm aware of and it's a very annoying one

They did Celine Dion dirty. That song is over played but she’s one of the most talented singers,

I saw Ozzy Osbourne in concert and I had no idea what he was singing. It was all mumbling.
