SW- rather than asking for a tired old carol, what is a Christmas song you enjoy where it's not immediately obvious it's about Christmas?

I loved this as a kid during Christmas midnight Mass. Occasionally we heard Pinkham’s "Christmas Cantata" but it just sounded like medieval church music.
