Outstanding response and choice of song @Kae20. The arrival (and the calling sound) of the bagpipes just lifts me out of my seat. Cheers.
@RoaringLion 😊 without fail ..every time

As I love anything Cohen, I'm going to leave this one,

It's in a much different style for him musically, recorded with Phil Spector, famous for his wall of sound production style. The song lyrics are based from a poem Leonard wrote earlier.

That's a neat way to introduce a song Windy, thank you. He sounds positively giddy in this song. Cheers @SW-User.

@RoaringLion if you want something more calm and emotional try "loneliness" from the same band

Thank you @SilverLeaves. Guitar supremacy over a cold, harrowing tale. thanks for the rec.

@RoaringLion Yes!
Bidding its shadows forward, conjuring the mysteries of night.
------------------------------------------
Sneakers is an EXCELLENT movie, with a score to match. Thoroughly enjoyable.
Some notables: Robert Redford, Sidney Poitier, James Earl Jones, Ben Kingsley.
It has stood the test of time. Saw it years ago, bought the DVD.
Nowaday there's a RL career in what they do. I just may apply!

Thanks for coming back @SethGreene531. Yes, I imagine you'd have a great perspective on them. That film is now short listed to watch here.

Awesome pick @SW-User, as much talent here at this time as the Crucial Three! Emotional, ghostly and spacial synth work. Really in a place of it's own.

@RoaringLion First instinct re fog. Apparently the song lyrics have no meaning at all.

The best way to post @SW-User. I much prefer a song posted for feeling/mood rather than having the keyword in the title. Cheers.

I knew i'd get turned onto something new today @Eyeinthesky, thank you. In this song the band seem to have played all of their cards at the right time. Stirs the will to look into this band some more.

I'm sure there's a song called Misty Blue
RoaringLion · 51-55, M
There's gotta be @Rhonda.
“Play Misty For Me”. Clint Eastwood movie.

I'm confused @CereBellum. I can't quite recall...Do you mean the one with Ms Lynn Hallsey Taylor, Clyde the Orangutan or is it the shotgun totin' granny on the porch with the mist?
