Can you help me find a song?

So the music video starts with a guy lying on the street and began singing then got up. It looks like he was walking along a street. It was an indie band and I’m not sure if I remember correctly but I think it was a Canadian band.

@Ozymandiaz The setting on the music video is on a quiet street, it was nighttime. The song was released around 2018 -2019.

It’s not Radiohead but nice song though!
