Not at all. I don't understand how could they have become so famous.
HairbrushDiva · 31-35, F
@CrazyMusicLover I don't care for them myself but they must be popular otherwise they wouldn't have got in the charts. I think "Don't You Want Me" got to number one.

@HairbrushDiva I can't help it but I feel like the guy can't sing or does a bad singing on purpose.

@CrazyMusicLover they originated in Sheffield and were one of the very first groups to have an electronic sound. So although they may seem crap now they were at the start of a whole new genre of music. Probably why they were popular and they had quite a lot of hits.

@VirginMatchmaker That explains a lot.
RubySoo · 56-60, F
@VirginMatchmaker that was their original line up....before the girls.
The rest of the line up went on to form Heaven17.

@RubySoo yes I do remember watching a documentary and while I was writing the reply thinking of Heaven 17. I did have a "temptation" to write a reply with them in it lol. Didn't they make Sunset Now, I seem to remember it on Now 4.
RubySoo · 56-60, F
@VirginMatchmaker yes they did, although i cant say i remember that one!
VirginMatchmaker · 46-50, M
@RubySoo I only remember it because of Now 4. Even today I could tell you every song on that Album and I haven't seen it decades. There's some absolute classics on it.
