What habit or self soothing activity do you always fall back on...

I used to always be in my room as a teenager and just spend endless hours recording music off a radio...now of course with streaming when nothing is on tv or i am just meloncholy i can listen to music and just let my mind shut off for a bit.

when i need soothing i'll usually do some yoga. if i'm having trouble getting into that, i'll put on music that i like to sing along to. singing really helps to regulate my breathing when i feel anxious
