What habit or self soothing activity do you always fall back on...

I used to always be in my room as a teenager and just spend endless hours recording music off a radio...now of course with streaming when nothing is on tv or i am just meloncholy i can listen to music and just let my mind shut off for a bit.

Playing the piano. As a teenager, when depressed I’d play Satie’s Gnoissienne #4 endlessly. It creeped my youngest sister out. She still hates the piece.
