Yes, they're both living legends. Carole King just turned 80 and James Taylor will soon be 74. Unless I'm mistaken, they're both still going strong.

I saw the play. amazing story

Carole King in particular has been responsible for so much great music. She and Gerry Goffin wrote many songs other popular artists turned into hits.
