When it came out, the same Berkeley theater that had shown The Rocky Horror Show showed Stop Making Sense and people dressed up and danced to the songs. My husband and I went several times. It was awesome. I really like David Byrne and Talking Heads.

@bijouxbroussard I think I saw Talking Heads on the tour where they shot that movie. Or around that time. They had the Tom Tom Club (featuring Talking Heads members) play, too.

@bijouxbroussard Funny. I was visiting my daughter on campus back in November, and her friends were "dressed up" to go see it at the school theater. She was trying to explain it to me what that was about 🤣
