Why do all ear buds have that same soft removable part?
How is it that they all can be removed and fitted onto different brands of ear buds?

They are not recommended to use, as the ear wax is pushed further inwards...cause more harm ...Re Dr Michael Mosley

Oh, I think that's what we refer to as a pharmacist in a drug store here in the US. I guess I can try asking. Those soft ear buds are the only type of earphones that work for me, so I can't exactly stop using them altogether.
