Absolutely. Always have.
Many of us have grown up where distracted driving is normal, but distracted driving is distracted driving.
Loud noises, conversations, etc while driving will make driving less safe.
When you are driving and looking for something, turning down the radio is smart and responsible.
Worth noting that when I come into bad traffic or what appears to be a group of poor drivers on the highway, I will stop talking to people in the car.
