let's talk about "I'm Coming Out" by Diana Ross...

I seriously thought this was from a newly born baby's perspective like "I'm Coming Out, i want the world to know..."

turns out it's out of the closet not being born... anybody else had different thought of some songs? (i may not know all the songs you'll mention)

Yes, Nile and Bernard (the songwriters, of Chic fame) saw a few Diana Ross lookalikes in the bathroom of a Gay club...and wrote it for her...

Kate Bush and her 'Hounds Of Love', I read somewhere it was about her dogs....but, no, it's about the fear of love.....that love, as dogs, are hunting you....and you're afraid of getting ripped to shreds....when, in fact, that's not the case..
