In the famous holiday song "Let it Snow," have you noticed the conflicting lyrics? ~

I have wondered about this for years. First, there's "Since we've no place to go, let it snow, let it snow, let it snow." But later, "When we finally kiss good night, how I'll hate going out in the storm." What's up with that?

When we finally kiss goodnight
How I'll hate going out in the storm
But if you really grab me tight
All the way home I'll be warm
Oh the fire is slowly dying
And, my dear, we're still goodbying
But as long as you love me so
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow

Somehow I just realized this song isn't about the snow 😭 the song has been tainted with lust like DrawntoaDistance commented
