In the famous holiday song "Let it Snow," have you noticed the conflicting lyrics? ~

I have wondered about this for years. First, there's "Since we've no place to go, let it snow, let it snow, let it snow." But later, "When we finally kiss good night, how I'll hate going out in the storm." What's up with that?

It's not a conflict if you read it as, as we're not going outside, make the weather so bad that we have to spend as much time as possible together!
