Very sad. In just the past few weeks:
Peter Green
Charli Persip
Charlie Daniels
Justin Townes Earle
Walter Lure
Todd Nance
Jack Sherman
Pete Way.

It's like everything went to shit after Neil Peart, just like it did in 2016 after Bowie.

@uncalled4 Holy crap, that's a hell of a list. Sad to lose so many great artists back to back.

@Synyster Sadly, as many great people get older, this is going to get worse.

@uncalled4 I was thinking the same thing, all the 80's artists are getting up there in age and I'm sure we'll see more of them passing away.
uncalled4 · 56-60, M
@Synyster Even worse, no one to step up after the exit.

@uncalled4 That's so true, definitely makes things worse.

@Synyster Hopefully, the biz can get back on track next year. Everyone is done with this year. I play in a band, and I've had several dates moved to the fall, then next year.

@uncalled4 So many concerts and tours that were canceled this year because of COVID-19, it's truly frustrating.
I hope you get to play in 2021, we all want live music back again.
