@REMsleep I wish my parents gave me violin lessons. They are beautiful instruments.

@SW-User You can buy a cheapish used one for 100-200 dollars. Go to a violin shop and get sized first then buy the correct size. It will be a crappy one but it will allow you to practice. Once you buy it go back to the violin or music shop to buy new strings and get tuned up.
