@Burnley123 Unknown pleasures and closer are two of my favourite albums, though closer gets played more. I saw an interview with Peter Hook recently where he said they all find Unknown Pleasures difficult to listen to, very dark stuff. I remember buying Closer in Capitol records in Congleton, looking at the barren sleeve for hours over several days, trying to work out if I wanted it. An LP was a big investment for a teenager in 1980. My friends band were due to support Joy Divsion at a local festival, which was cancelled after Ian Curtis committed suicide. A long time ago now lol.
