@pagandad You are a fan of that song. ;)

hard decision. In the mood for my sweet lord. But I got to say the best one is Imagine. Even if John Lennon wasn't the best Beatle.
YoungPoet345 · 26-30, F
He sure was a great songwriter
YoungPoet345 · 26-30, F
@SoundMind one of the best song writers in the group actually
YoungPoet345 · 26-30, F
He just happened to be an unkind person
Fungirlmmm · 51-55, F
For me Imagine is a very important song in my life, but they are all great.

My sweet Lord but it was George Harrison wadn't it ? Not the Beatles.
SoundMind · 26-30
@SW-User Yes, but the question is about songs they made as solo artists

@SW-User That's fine no problem.

As you implied, none are Beatles songs. I vote for Band on the run by Wings.
Sorrowfulgaze · 46-50, M
I would say Imagine because its seem the most timeless. But I have a soft spot for John.

My Sweet Lord.
TeresaRudolph71 · 51-55, F
@SoundMind I think he's my favorite Beatle too.
SoundMind · 26-30
@TeresaRudolph71 The way I determined who was my favorite is the tally of my favorite Beatles songs and who wrote them. And my Top 5: Something, Here Comes the Sun, While My Guitar Gently Weeps and Come Together, he wrote or was involved in.
TeresaRudolph71 · 51-55, F
@SoundMind Yeah, that would tell you who you like best musically.

There's something so honest, heartfelt, and direct about Harrison. Imagine is beautiful, too. McCartney's is a nice 70s rocker. I can't pick!
Is it a trick question? NONE are Beatles songs.
Keepitsimple · 51-55, F
My sweet lord then band on the run then imagine. I don’t know, right race between 1 & 2 for my choice.

Band on the Run...pure 70s McCartney gold baby
