I’ve always dealt with anxiety and mild depression all my life, but mostly as a teenager, i was a sexually assaulted in my mid teens, my dad cheating on my mom back then, I dealt with an eating disorder (still find it difficult not to relapse sometimes) just feeling lonely and helpless at all times, it felt like the only way out. But I never was able to go through with it, I remember once I had planned it for weeks, but I couldn’t bring myself to do it.
