The speaking voice as a musical instrument

Ken Nordine (pronounced "nor-deen") released an album in 1957 entitled "Word Jazz" - poetry spoken over a jazz music background.
Ken's voice to me is entrancing; I've enjoyed listening to his records for a long time, whether "Colours", "Devout Catalyst", or "Listen With Your Ears"

This is one of my favorites by him from the aforementioned "Word Jazz" LP, entitled "My Baby"
Hope you like it.
