Is "The words of the prophets are written on the subway walls, and tenement halls" still true, is it time to modernize that, and what do they say?

@5thApprentice Hashtags are kinda short, although it's interesting the web they weave. Memes is actually what made me think of the question. Although subways and tenement halls are still a thing, times have been changing. People spend less time in those kinds of places, I can't say if they're cleaner and more clinical, but memes certainly reach more people.
