What do you think of music that changes tempo but keep the same beat?

It's weird because I like music that either the beat changes and tempo stays the same or the tempo changes and the beat stays the same. I just like the subtle changes when listening to music.

I didn't think that one could really change without the other? Unless it doubles or could be equally multiplied within the slower beat?

@HelterSkelter1 you might like Autechre actually, it's very inaccessible but they have the most complicated rhythm structures in any music I've ever heard in my life.
